APICS Membership Categories
To address the specific needs of
individuals and companies, APICS offers five types of memberships. Select the
membership package that is best suited to the professional and educational
goals of you and your company.

Corporate
Membership
Any company may elect to become an APICS Corporate member. By becoming a Corporate member, the company as a whole benefits from
membership. When selecting this membership, a company designates five employee
representatives to receive full membership privileges and to receive regular
information from APICS. In addition, all employees from the same corporate
location receive member
discounts on courses, publications, and other educational resources.
Company memberships belong to the company, all membership correspondence is
sent to the central address, and the five representative memberships can be
transferred to other employees whenever there are changes in personnel.

Individual
Membership
Individual membership is open to professionals who wish to develop their
resource management skills and would like to retain their own
membership. It provides access to top-notch professional development
programming, product and service discounts, and award-winning publications.

Student
Membership
Student membership is available to anyone pursuing a degree and studying resource management or a related field at an accredited college or university. Student members receive the same benefits as individual members for a substantial discount.

Retired
Membership
Individuals who have reached the age of 62, retired from formal employment, and
been APICS chapter members for a minimum of five years are eligible for Retired
membership. Retired members receive the monthly magazine, discounts on programs
and materials, and 50 percent off society dues. Retired membership requires

International
Membership
International membership is
available for anyone residing outside North America. It provides full
membership benefits with the exception of chapter affiliation, as APICS
does not have chapters outside North America.
